Replacing the Old Intelligence Community With Artificial Intelligence
In my post yesterday, I attempted to use the old analogy of the octopus and its tentacles undergoing a transplant to describe the current situation in Washington DC. I have always liked the analogy of the octopus, and so have the people it describes. A sinister looking, highly intelligent creature, that can shape shift to fit anywhere, change colors to deceive observers, and deploy ink clouds to mask its escape. I first heard of the analogy years ago from Kenn Thomas and Jim Keith’s 1996 book “The Octopus: Secret Government and the Death of Danny Casolaro”. I thought this was a very fitting description of the network of people who orchestrated things throughout recent history like the Bay of Pigs Fiasco, The Gulf of Tonkin Hoax, The Phoenix Program, The Nugan Hand Bank scandal, Iran Contra, and on, and on, you get the picture. The term gained some traction again recently with the 2024 Netflix series “American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders”. I haven’t watched that, but it seems to have brought the analogy into people’s conscience once again.
As I said, I have always liked this analogy to describe the intelligence community and the horrible things they do around the world. As I also said, so have they. Let’s look at the NRO as an example. The Top Secret National Reconnaissance Office was established in 1961 to take over the US spy satellite program from the CIA and the USAF. The NRO was not acknowledged to exist until 31 years later in 1992. In 2013, during the height of the global surveillance disclosures, the NRO revealed its logo and patch for NROL-39 (pictured above), for the highly classified launch of its latest addition to its massive dragnet of spy satellites, with a great deal of ridicule.
Jon Stewart took the opportunity to draw attention to the mission patch during The Daily Show segment, "That Thing They Said They're Not Doing? They're Totally Doing" where he very rightly described the logo:
I feel like, at this point, our intelligence community is pretty much even owning the fact that they are getting nefarious.
Last week, the National Reconnaissance Office launched this spy satellite into orbit;
And the logo they chose for their spy rocket—this is real—a giant octopus sucking the face off North America.
Christopher Soghoian, principal technologist and senior policy analyst for the ACLU tweeted to the Office of Director of National Intelligence, "You may want to downplay the massive dragnet spying thing right now. This logo isn't helping."
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence provided evidence of a more harmless explanation for the logo, claiming in an internal magazine that the octopus was a tribute to a wiring harness that engineers struggled with throughout the mission.
That harmless explanation would be just fine if all the rest that goes on under the ODNI wasn’t full of dark and disturbing imagery of all seeing eyes, pyramids and fire. Take for example the current Peter Thiel founded, CIA funded, intelligence contractor behemoth Palantir, or its predecessor The Office of Information Awareness and its bio-surveillance project Total Information Awareness (TIA). TIA was referred to by its DARPA director John Pointexter as the "Manhattan Project for counter-terrorism".
Okay, so enough about the use of the sinister imagery, what are the new tentacles of control and who are they working on behalf of? If we examine what the tech billionaires have been up to the for the last two decades, it becomes pretty clear. They have restructured the octopus to become billions of motes, sensor nodes and surveillance devices that will be carried, worn, and injected into every human they can reach on earth. They will cover agriculture and infrastructure with smart dust and they will feed all of that Data into Quantum AI, powered by Quantum Computers. Much this has been funded by DARPA and venture capital, but now will be funded through Project Stargate to create the bio-surveillance state of the future. This is why massive amounts of money is being rerouted from USAID, NED and all the old tentacles of power.

Elon’s SpaceX has long ago positioned itself as the single point of control for all RNO launches. The merging of his Starlink program with RNO spy satellites into a total Low Earth Orbit (LEO) surveillance network is inevitable, and will likely soon serve as the backbone of the Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IoBNT).
According to Jesus Diaz of FastCompany.com,
Starlink’s constellation has been consistently growing over the past five years. In 2019 it reached 120 satellites. In 2020 it grew to 960. In 2021 it reached 1,920 satellites. In 2022, 3,840. And in 2023, it grew to the current 5,601 operational satellites that blanket Earth, including Antarctica and the North Pole.
SpaceX has sought approval from the Federal Communications Commission and international bodies for up to 42,000 Starlink satellites. The figure is a crazy increase from the company’s initial filings, which proposed around 12,000 satellites.
Elon is far from the only player in this bio-surveillance nightmare. He just for some reason wants to be the most popular one. For further reading on the satellite network that is being constructed, I highly recommend Boltzmann Booty’s article from a few days ago.

Great reporting. Though I'm not finished reading it, I had to comment. On the rerouting of USAID and other depts...this is the thing that everyone is missing!! Raving about what a great job, Elon is doing, uncovering gov "waste"...mismanagement of out tax dollars, blah, blah, blah. I knew immediately, those dollars are all going to be rerouted to Elon's and every other tech Oligarch's AI surveilance, techno-enslavement programs that Trump signed us up for, in his first term. Every time I share his Quantum Initiative EO, and everything covered under that, my "Patriot/MAGA" buddies say..."stop black pilling, you need to be more positive, Trump is doing everything he said he would..." OMG, it's like talking to a fence post!!
